Cabinetry, quartz counters, herringbone tile and the cabinet run going in before any of it was there.

A primary bath rebuilt to the studs: marble shower, freestanding tub and a double vanity, alongside the waterproofing and framing that came before it.
Living Rooms
Two fireplace rebuilds and the floors that went in around them.
Dining Rooms
Old panel inserts stripped back to drywall and rebuilt as a clean wainscot.
Stairs & Carpentry
A carpeted staircase taken back to framing and rebuilt with panelling, display niches and iron balusters.
Flooring
White oak herringbone set by hand, plus the subfloor prep and protection that goes with it.
Entryways & Trim
Picture frame moulding cut and fitted on site, then painted and lit.
