One team.
Every part of your renovation.

Most renovations stall because too many people are involved and nobody owns the schedule. We handle demolition, framing, trade coordination, tile, cabinetry and finish work with one crew and one point of contact, so you always know who to call.

Remodeled kitchen with quartz island, undermount sink and herringbone tile backsplash

Kitchen Remodeling

Cabinet layouts built around how you actually cook, countertops templated to the millimeter, and tile that lines up where it should. We handle the plumbing and electrical rough-in so the room comes back together on schedule.

  • Cabinetry and countertops
  • Islands and layout changes
  • Backsplash and tile work
  • Lighting and appliance rough-in

Bathroom Remodeling

  • Showers and wet areas
  • Freestanding and drop-in tubs
  • Vanities and mirrors
  • Waterproofing and tile

Living room after renovation, floor to ceiling white stacked stone fireplace with a linear insert and grey chevron panelled walls The same living room before renovation, original white mantel and brass fireplace surround with framing started Before After

Living room fireplace

The brass surround and builder mantel came out. We framed the chimney breast the full height of the wall, faced it in stacked stone, set a linear insert and a poured hearth, then panelled the flanking walls in a chevron pattern.

The old panel inserts were stripped back to drywall and rebuilt as a clean wainscot. New crown, fresh paint above and below the chair rail, and wiring added for the sconces and the chandelier drop.

Framed to the studs and waterproofed before the first marble panel went up. Once the tile was set, we grouted, hung the glass and finished the fixtures in brushed gold to match the rest of the room.

Built around the way you actually live.

R&R Construction works with Atlanta homeowners who like where they live and want the house to work better. Most of our projects are additions to daily life rather than replacements for it. A kitchen that fits a family of five. A basement that becomes an office. A bathroom that finally drains the way it should.

We work in occupied homes most of the time, so we plan around school runs, work calls and the parts of the house you still need to use. You get the same crew from demolition through final walkthrough, and one person who answers the phone.

What homeowners say

They gave us a schedule at the start and stuck to it. When the subfloor turned out to be worse than expected, they called the same morning, showed us the problem and gave us the cost before touching anything.

Marcus & Dana Whitfield Decatur, GA

Our primary bathroom had been leaking into the ceiling below for years. R&R found the source, rebuilt the shower properly, and the finish work is better than what was there when we bought the house.
